In our well equipped, 4000m2 workshop, our certified specialists build aluminium ships, superstructures and aluminium constructions in all shapes and sizes.
Eltink Aluminium specialises in highly complex shapes and pays
particular attention to preventing unwanted warping and shrinkage. We
do so by
gearing the construction and welding sequence during the assembly and
welding process in such a way as to keep unwanted strain in the
material to a
minimum. All welding is performed by certified welders. Longitudinals
are placed to keep the plating in it`s place during welding.
The craftsmen at Eltink Aluminium all have ship and yacht-building
backgrounds, enabling them to identify possible problems at an early
stage and take appropriate measures. The early identification of
problems saves money, which is of major importance to the client. This
sets us apart from other companies that work with aluminium. We have a
good relationship with the certification agencies and have worked with
Lloyd`s, ABS and the Netherlands Shipping Inspectorate.
This branch is also an official training company for shipbuilding trainees.
